Fitness goal.
Police.
In my 2.4km run, The time for the girls was 12.54 seconds and my time was 19:00. My target for the next run is to try and make it at least before 12.54 seconds or just after. A few of what my targets are gonna be for is to run every day, I train every afternoon with the sport I do, running up hills so one of my targets will be pushing myself to run further. My training's start at 6pm and finish at 7pm, but we get given extra training if we're wanting it so I stay and train till 8:30pm.
- My goal is to reach the running time before the test comes so I know I'd be okay to pass the run within the time given.
As I get told how much pushups there are to be done
